The HECKTOR 2025 Challenge will recognize outstanding contributions with the following awards:

Task-Specific Awards

  • Best Segmentation Algorithm (Task 1): Award for the team with the highest ranking in the lesion detection and segmentation task
  • Best Survival Prediction Algorithm (Task 2): Award for the team with the highest ranking in the RFS prediction task
  • Best HPV Status Prediction Algorithm (Task 3): Award for the team with the highest ranking in the HPV status diagnosis task

Eligibility Requirements

  • All awards are conditioned on submitting a paper describing the detailed methodology.
  • Members of the organizers' institutes may participate but are not eligible for awards.
  • Teams using additional data beyond the provided HECKTOR 2025 dataset will not be eligible for prizes.

Award Distribution

In the event that teams achieve identical metric scores or statistical analysis reveals no significant performance differences between top-ranking teams, awards will be equitably divided among those teams.

All winners will be announced during the MICCAI 2025 conference in Daejeon, and the top-performing methods will be highlighted in the challenge overview paper.
